Every batch is made with the authentic ways in mind while mixing in modern tech such as our drying cabinet, it that contains a temperature control, UV light for disinfectant, and is made from Stainless steel for cleanliness. Dryer is imported from South Africa

Shipping schedule
We make fresh batches weekly and begin the shipping of a fresh batch every wednesday. If we are out of stock when you place an order it will promptly ship on the next wednesday.

If I place an order and theres no current stock, when will it ship?
We complete a fresh batch of Biltong every wednesday. Any back orders are immediatly shipped that day.
Where do you get your beef?
We get our beef from Minder Meats Inc. located in Bremerton Wa.
Is your biltong recipe authentic?
Yes it is, our father was Born in Cape Town South Africa and lived in Durban as well for 28 years. He learned how to make Biltong by watching others make it. This is a truly authentic recipe that is similar to what you would find in Durban SA.
Can I make a large order and get it in one bag?
Yes we can do any sized custom orders, we can also package it in any number of bags for a group purchase. Bulk bags will not be the brown paper style.
