The Dryer
The piece that makes the engine go, our dryer is imported from South Africa and is designed from the ground up to dry biltong in a safe and clean manner. A UV light works as a disinfectant, a steady temperature control and a fan that keeps air constantly circulating leaves you with perfect Biltong every time.
